Delivery Time Frame
Our aim is to deliver your Carl Scarpa purchase to you as soon as possible. All deliveries will be made between the hours of 9:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday.
Deliveries can be made to a home or business address. Please be aware, if a signature is obtained from someone other than you at the delivery address you have specified on your order, then you accept that this signature constitutes evidence of delivery and responsibility for the goods transfers to you.
If you have a designated "Safe Place" for deliveries, please include this in your order information. Our carriers will use the location if you are not home. If, for any reason, the courier is unable to deliver to the specified address, you may be required to collect the parcel from your local depot.
Please note that items sold will only be delivered to the address specified on your order.
Christmas Delivery Cut-Off: Orders required for Christmas delivery must be placed by 17th December.

Please note Isle of Man, Jersey, and Guernsey are ineligible for standard/free delivery due to being outside the UK.
Delivery to USA, Canada & Australia is calculated on a tiered basis depending on the number of items ordered. The above delivery cost is based on one item.
We reserved the right to amend the delivery cost and notify you of any changes prior to charging you. Higher rates may apply and these costs are only indicative.
Is it possible to get a partial delivery?
While we always try to group your order into as few deliveries as possible, during peak times and sale periods some orders may be part dispatched from different warehouses and arrive in separate parcels. If you have any queries about your order, please email online@carlscarpa.com.
Please note that for orders outside the EU, customs fees are covered at the customer's expense.
Customs & Taxes
United Kingdom: No customs duties or taxes apply to orders delivered to the UK. The price you pay at checkout is the final price.
European Union: Orders within the EU are not subject to additional duties or customs fees.
United States: Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, tariffs, and taxes. These charges are determined by U.S. customs and are the responsibility of the recipient. Carl Scarpa does not cover these costs. Please note that any duties or taxes paid are non-refundable in the event of a return.
Rest of World: International orders may incur import duties, taxes, or customs fees. You may be contacted by your local customs office prior to delivery. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are non-refundable in the event of a return.
Click and Collect
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS SERVICE IS ONLY AVAILABLE IN IRELAND
We are always striving to make your experience across our website and stores as seamless as possible. We recognise that sometimes it is easier to order something online but have it delivered to your local store for collection.
Carl Scarpa offers a simple click and collect service, just choose this option and have your items delivered to any of our Carl Scarpa stores for collection. Please allow 1-3 working days. You will be emailed once your item is in store ready for collection. There is no charge for this service.
To ship an item to one of our stores you will need to include the store address as your shipping address. Click here for a full list of our stores.
