September has been an exciting month for Carl Scarpa, with three new openings marking another important chapter for our Irish family footwear business.

Over the past few weeks, we have returned to Winchester with a new store at 26 High Street, alongside new footwear concessions in Kilkenny and Royal Tunbridge Wells. These latest openings continue the growth of Carl Scarpa across Ireland and the UK, bringing our collection of women's footwear to even more customers.

Carl Scarpa is an Irish family footwear business with more than 50 years of heritage. The story began in Sligo, Ireland, where the first Carl Scarpa store opened its doors in 1974.
Today, Carl Scarpa trades from 24 stores and concessions across Ireland and the UK. While the business has grown considerably since 1974, our focus on quality footwear, contemporary design and personal service remains central to Carl Scarpa.

Reopening Carl Scarpa in Winchester
On 18 September, we celebrated our return to Winchester with a special launch evening in our new store. After five wonderful years in Winchester and a brief time away, we were delighted to be back in the city and welcoming both familiar and new faces through our doors.
The new store gives customers the opportunity to discover and try on the latest Carl Scarpa shoes, boots, trainers and accessories in person, with our team on hand to offer the personal service that has always been at the heart of the brand.

Celebrating Our Return to Winchester
On 18 September, we marked our return to Winchester with a special launch evening in our new store.
For one evening, the store was transformed with a speakeasy-inspired setting, red carpet arrivals and our very own Shoe Bar. Guests could choose their occasion from the menu before letting the Carl Scarpa team serve them a shoe to match.
The evening also gave us the opportunity to support Naomi and Jack's, a hospice for children and young adults. All proceeds from our charity raffle were donated to the organisation, adding an important local element to the celebrations.

New Carl Scarpa Concessions in Kilkenny and Royal Tunbridge Wells
September was a landmark month for Carl Scarpa, with two new concessions opening alongside our return to Winchester. On 10 September, we opened in Good’s Kilkenny, followed by our new concession at Fenwick Tunbridge Wells in Royal Victoria Place on 17 September.
Each opening brings Carl Scarpa to a new setting while building on our presence across Ireland and the UK. Good’s offers an exciting new home for the brand in Kilkenny, while Fenwick Tunbridge Wells marks another step in our continued UK growth.
Opening three new locations in the space of a few weeks made September an especially significant month for the team. Seeing each space take shape, welcoming customers in and bringing Carl Scarpa to new communities made it a memorable chapter in our story.
